LSI was founded in 1993 with the singular mission to assist individuals and organizations discover and manifest their dreams.. This is why we named it The Dreams Institute. We have spent the last 20 plus years developing Coaching Certification and Leadership proprietary tools which allow the individual to identify the fears which are serving as roadblocks and acquire the skills and life habits which will allow them to manifest their dreams.

Our History
LSI was founded in 1993. Our founder Juan-Manuel Sanchez was obsessed with trying to understand why some people and companies where more successful at fulfilling their dreams/vision than others. Mr. Sanchez had witness this phenomenon first hand during his tenure as an officer and director in some of the best known and successful companies in the world. Such companies as Coca Cola, Dell, McDonalds, and Verizon. It is from these exeriences that he developed our proprietary Energy Focused Leadership®. We utilize EFL as the core for all our learning experiences.
